Phase two of restoration begins

Phase two of restoration begins

02-Dec-02 | The Standing Committee is pleased to inform devotees and members of the public that the second phase of the temple’s restoration has commenced. This involves the ancillary buildings and the main entrance.

On 2nd of December 2002, a Tong Kang ceremony was held in the Temple’s premises to seek the blessings of the deities.

The Committee regrets any inconvenience caused by the restoration and appreciate the co-operation of the general public. The committee takes this opportunity to thank the public for their generous donations towards the restoration project.

The temple is open daily at the usual hours - from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm - with the exception of Chinese New Year’s eve, when the temple will remain open through the night.

 

Besides Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, Cheng Hoon Teng Temple incorporated manages eight other temples. These are:-

Poh San Teng Yong Chuan Tian
Cheng Wah Keong Geok Ee Keong
Thian Teck Keong Leong San Teng
